Outreach Funnel — full pipeline, one card per niche, every country inside it
Every stage a lead actually passes through — same stage names as the outreach-engine workflow — grouped by niche first (Imran's ask, 22 Aug), country as rows inside, full pipeline per row (Imran's ask, 27 Aug).
Sent only counts a channel once it's actually logged. Email logs itself (send-email.mjs sets Channel + Status=sent on every real send). Every other channel is manual today — after you actually send one by hand, open that lead's row in Baserow (table 955) and set Channel, Status = sent, Sent Date = today. This page re-reads Baserow every 30 min (AriseRefreshDashboards), so it shows up on its own.
Which channels are actually automated vs manual, for cold outreach specifically: Email — automated, live (send-email.mjs, Zoho/Gmail SMTP). Instagram DM — code exists (ig-cold-dm.mjs) but no IG account is logged into it yet — not live. Would run via a real browser session (Playwright), not the Graph API. Facebook / Instagram Graph API (the Meta connection growth-engine already uses) — that token can only auto-reply to someone who has already messaged/commented first. Meta's own policy blocks using it to cold-message a stranger who's never engaged — so it can't be repointed at outreach-engine's cold leads, automated or not. WhatsApp / LinkedIn — manual by design, no official API exists for cold-messaging strangers on either without violating their ToS.
